Elbow 3PE anticorrosive processing mostly uses manual winding spraying, low working efficiency, poor product stability, can not achieve the ideal anticorrosive effect, resulting in serious corrosion of elbow in harsh use environment, reduce the service life of elbow. However, the existing mechanized machining scheme has some problems such as low machining precision, small diameter range of machined pipe, low automation, low degree of continuity and low level of industrialization.
 
The influence of anti-corrosion effect includes the following traditional anti-corrosion operation methods.
 
One is the heat shrinkable sleeve (with) heating set method. The surface of the bending pipe should be preheated by the workers with natural gas or gas flame, and then evenly coated with solventless epoxy primer, and then the polyethylene heat shrinkable sleeve (belt) should be heated with the flame and then shrinkable and affixed to the bending pipe. The workers should carry out manual anti-corrosion operations with the flame spray gun. The whole process of the anti-corrosion process is manual operation, high labor intensity, low efficiency, and because the epoxy primer is not easy to evenly spread, the flame preheating temperature and the temperature during heating contraction are not easy to control, there will be uneven overflow, uneven lap, poor appearance molding, wrinkles, warping and hollow drum and other phenomena, poor quality stability. The thickness of the anti-corrosion layer is generally 1.2-1.5mm.







The second is the cold wrapping method of polyethylene adhesive tape. The anti-corrosion form is also called cold wrap. This method does not require heating in the operation process, first apply epoxy primer evenly by hand, and then use a manual winding machine for spiral winding and lapping. The coverage rate is more than 50%, and the thickness of the anti-corrosion layer after lapping is generally more than 2.2mm. Affected by the anti-corrosion material, the adhesive layer and primer are not easy to stick firmly, and the peeling strength is low, which is 20/cm. The anti-corrosion layer is prone to damage or extrusion deformation, and the bonding part of the bond is not strong after exposure to the wind and sun, and the anti-corrosion layer is empty or warped.
