The intermediate layer is an insulating layer composed of excellent polyurethane foam.  PPR insulated piping, tightly attached to the internal and external piping, fully fills the gap so that the pipe, coat and insulation form a solid whole.  According to the climate difference between north and south, PR insulation pipe can be customized with different thickness of insulation layer.
